When Kathi first came to the house, she sized the property up quickly and thoroughly, she was very pleasant and easy to talk to with lots of suggestions, she was no pressure and very gracious. She answered my questions and helped me from the beginning to the end. She was timely and very conscientious. I had lots of questions as I never sold a house before so she was very patient to assist me wherever needed. She always was quick to respond to me even while she was on vacation.
